Seeklet Terms of Use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms govern the use of the Seeklet app. By creating an account, you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is used.
1. Who publishes Seeklet
Seeklet is published by Hugo Sanchez, based in France. Contact: support@seeklet.app
2. The service
Seeklet is a job-search assistant. From your profile and the missions you define, it helps you find companies, prepares tailored applications (resumes, cover letters, emails) and, if you allow it, sends them from your mailbox and keeps track of the replies.
Seeklet helps you look for a job: it does not guarantee any reply, interview or hiring. Hiring decisions belong to the companies.
3. Your account
- You must be 16 or older.
- The information in your account and profile must be accurate and about you. You may not create an account on someone else's behalf.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what is done from your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account).
4. Applications sent on your behalf
When you connect your mailbox and turn the agent on, you authorize it to send applications and follow-ups on your behalf, from your address, within the limits you choose (mode, caps, hours). You can pause the agent or disconnect your mailbox at any time in Profile.
These emails are sent under your name and from your mailbox: you are the sender. It is up to you to:
- keep your profile accurate and up to date, since applications are based only on it;
- review applications if you wish (semi-automatic mode submits them to you before sending);
- comply with your email provider's terms (Google, Microsoft).
Seeklet applies sending limits to protect your address's reputation and to avoid contacting the same company more than once.
5. AI-generated content
Resumes, cover letters and messages are written with the help of artificial intelligence, based only on your profile. Seeklet is designed never to invent experience, degrees or skills, but AI can make mistakes. If you spot an error, correct your profile or let us know.
The content generated for you is yours: you may use it freely.
6. What is not allowed
You agree not to:
- provide false information about your background or identity;
- use Seeklet to send anything other than applications and exchanges related to your job search (sales prospecting, spam, abusive messages);
- bypass the service's limits, disrupt it, or try to access other users' data;
- copy, resell or exploit the service or its content without permission.
In case of breach, we may suspend the agent or your account, after notifying you except in urgent cases (abuse, security).
7. Subscriptions
- Using the agent requires a subscription. Plans, prices and limits are shown in the app before any purchase.
- Subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. They renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before.
- Cancellation: in your iPhone settings (your name → Subscriptions) or in the App Store. Access stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Free trial: if offered, its terms are shown before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
- Refunds: handled by Apple under its rules (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription: cancel it in your iPhone settings as well.
- If a price changes, Apple informs you in advance and you can cancel before it applies.
8. Service availability
We do our best to keep Seeklet running continuously, but the service may be interrupted (maintenance, outage of a provider, of your email service or of Apple). Features may change to improve the service. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, you will be informed and may cancel.
9. Liability
Seeklet is provided to help you in your search. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- companies' decisions, or the absence of a reply;
- the consequences of inaccurate information in your profile;
- interruptions caused by external services (email, Apple, hosting providers).
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer, nor our liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
10. App and license
The app is made available through the App Store. Apple's standard license agreement (EULA) applies to the use of the app, in addition to these terms. Apple is not responsible for the Seeklet service or its support.
The Seeklet brand, the app and its content (other than content generated for you) remain our property.
11. Stopping
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. Your data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. If a change is significant, you will be informed in the app before it applies. If you disagree, you can delete your account and cancel your subscription.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If there is a problem, please write to us first at support@seeklet.app: we will look for an amicable solution.
Failing agreement, the competent courts are those provided by law; if you are a consumer, you may bring the matter before the courts of your place of residence.
